What is life coaching?
Firstly, welcome! My intention for this page is to introduce you to the concept and value of having a life coach as a support system in your life, as well as to give you a taste of my work in word form. My intention in sharing my words as an art form is to attempt to spark inspiration within you, and to see if you are one of the spirits that are being drawn to me in this lifetime to connect and to work through life together.

The basic foundation of life coaching is to create an open and transparent professional relationship based around accountability, unearthing hidden or limiting beliefs that have prevented us from getting to the next level in life. We can use tools such as "fear defining," to identify what is holding you back, and create a plan of action that will allow you to finally experience life the way you desire.

Life coaching can look different to different coaches + clients, and lots of coaches will have a specialized niche or service they offer. Sometimes coaching sessions can be centered around simply holding space for you to verbally express yourself and allow emotions to move through your body, with the intention of clearing out the baggage and allowing your mind to feel more free. Other times, coaching sessions are used to confront the underlying issues in a safe and non-judgmental space. I'm here for both, and I love being present in the moment to whatever is coming up for you.

My passion and purpose is to help entrepreneurs get to the next level in their success, and unlock their fullest potential. Whether you identify as a mentor, a leader, a coach, a small business owner, an influencer, or an independent contractor-- I have the experience and the tools you need to finally experience your first five-figure month.
My exact certification is as a certified master life coach. What I bring to the table is my unique approach with replacing hustle with flow, and focusing on the mindset work required to finally confront what's been limiting you in your subconscious. I also love the numbers and the analytical side, and I'm also an expert in the leadership and communication skills needed to scale your business.
In the last six years, I've traveled on my own entrepreneurial path and have generated approximately one million dollars total in product sales, influencer contracts, coaching contracts, independent contracting work, and content creation. I've organically grown my social media platforms to a combined total of close to forty-thousand connections, and have become an expert in attraction marketing.

Don’t fault yourself-
"They” told you to build it in the first place.
They handed you the bricks.
They thought they were helping you.
It was designed to keep out hurt.
It was designed to protect your ego.
It was designed to keep you “safe.”
I think you know by now that in order to reach the next level, words like “comfort zone,” “suppress,” and “mediocre” need to stay behind.
Symptoms of limited belief:
Phrases like, “I’m okay.”
Phrases like, “It’s not that bad.”
Phrases like, “I have no choice.”
Phrases like, “I can’t afford it.”
Phrases like, “I’m not enough.”
Phrases like, “Maybe later.”
Phrases like, “I can’t do it.”
Phrases like, “It runs in the family.”
Phrases like, “I don’t know what to do next.”
Phrases like, “It’s hopeless.”
My purpose is to walk you through it all.
My purpose is to allow you to be vulnerable, broken, hurting, lost, confused, angry, and just “done” with it all, and teach you the skills you need to navigate it all.
My calling is to walk you through the valley.
My job is to help you identify the shadows that lurk nearby- watching your every move.
My job is to help you see those “things” for what they are, so we can deal with them once and for all.
My job is to challenge you every time that voice in your head tries to tell you “you’re not enough.”
My job is to teach you how to fight back.
Why?
Because you deserve it.
You deserve it all, sis.
Not the horrible shit that you’ve been told that you deserve.
You deserve all the goodness.
You deserve to heal.
You deserve to thrive.
You deserve to evolve.
You deserve greatness.
You deserve abundance.
You deserve freedom.
You deserve prosperity.
You deserve connection.
You deserve to be seen.
You deserve to be heard.
You deserve to be held.
You deserve to be honored.
You deserved to be celebrated.
You deserve to break free from the hidden limiting beliefs and patterns of self-abandonment to find the real you.
I would be honored to be the one that witnesses you, supports you, and holds you while you remove the wall.

It will be a process.
That wall wasn’t built overnight.
There isn’t a wrecking ball coming to take it down for you.
You have to heal yourself, brick by brick.
The truth is, some of those bricks will be harder to take off the wall than others.
The truth is, the foundation those bricks were laid on will be the hardest thing to knock down.
The truth is that healing isn’t “fun” at times- it can be painful, scary, foreign, and hard.
But I’ll be there.
From the time we take the first brick down, honor it, thank it for it’s lessons, and then release it…
To the moment we get to the foundation- where the hidden beliefs, programming, trauma, and the fear of the unknown will scream at you to leave them alone.
But along that same journey, I’ll be teaching you new ways to handle life.
Those new ways, the new bricks, will be stacking themselves up so that once all the broken ones are removed, you’ll have a brand new pile of bricks that you can build with.
Because you deserve it.
This time, you won’t be building it to keep your truest, highest self out.
You won’t be building it as a defense.
You won’t be building it to prepare for the war of life.
You’ll be building your empire- your queendom.
It will be strong.
